Footprints Security’s dispatch is located at our Nanaimo Head Office. The Security Operations and Communications Centre (SOCC) is staffed 24/7/365. SOCC dispatchers are highly trained individuals that provide the communication link between clients and in-field security personnel. SOCC dispatchers are calm and focused individuals that process emergency and non-emergency situations and know how to multitask and have solid written and verbal communications skills. SOCC dispatchers all live locally in Nanaimo and have local, firsthand experience with all of Footprints major clients providing guaranteed support to all field operations.
